In order to create awareness and trigger real pressure and actions from the duty bearers, 6-7 types of posters are  prepared – one for each of the following groups: EDO-Education and his/her team, teacher educators/union, head teacher and teachers, school councils/school-management committees, parents, students and youth. These posters aim at proposing realistic steps to be taken by each of these stakeholders for improving learning outcomes. The posters (produced in Urdu & English) are shared with all target groups in the selected districts for ready use and display in respective offices, schools, or community places. The district staff ensures that copies of these posters reach these groups. The posters are also shared with local media and civil society working on education.
