Over the years ASER has become well reputed for its novel approaches to learning issues in the field as a unique tool in the region, and at the global level too. The results of ASER survey are representative at district, provincial and national level. ASER findings are disseminated at multiple levels to inform policy making at the national level and to mobilize district level education authorities and stakeholders to understand the extent of the problem and work towards measurable solutions.
